What we collect

When you leave your details, subscribe to the newsletter or request a tour, we receive your name, email address, phone number and the message you write. Nothing else — no tracking profiles, no purchased lists.

How we use it

Your details are used to answer your enquiry, arrange viewings and send the market briefings you asked for. We never sell, rent or share your information with third parties, other buyers or advertisers.

Storage and security

Submissions are stored on encrypted systems with access limited to the Alderpoint Realty team. Listing documents you share during a transaction are kept for the period required by Texas record-keeping rules, then deleted.

Write to hello@alderpointrealty.com at any time to see, correct or delete your information, or to unsubscribe from the newsletter. We confirm every such request within five business days.
